Smoked a 04 forbidden x toro for my grad school graduation. From a guy who has had quite a few opus, i would say that overall the flavor profile was a bit more subtle with noticable cedar notes. Honestly was not one of my favorite opus, but i still have a few that i am going to let sit in the humi...

Saw this thread and had to make an account...

So the Lost City is not a Forbidden?

Reason being is that I have had the Lost City Robusto and on the side of the band it said Forbidden...

Great Cigar IMO... Definitely not a everyday smoke... But a great new years smoke...

It has the Forbidden X band on it, but I think it is a different blend than the regular Forbidden X's. Like the Forbidden X is a sub-set of the Opus, the Lost City is a sub-set of the Forbidden X. lol. Overly complex... :crosseyed

Smoked an Opus Forbidden X 2004 Toro a few weekends back....

Prior to that I smoked a Tat Black CG that blew the Forbidden X away. Was upset that I didn't smoke the Forbidden X as a first stick of the day, as that perhaps skewed my taste buds a bit.....but the Tat Black CG was so awesome, the Forbidden X had no choice but to pale by comparison.

One instance where I'm actually quite happy I don't need/want more $30-40/stick cigars...LOL.
