Holy Flocka!! NO WAY he pays that. I would have e-mailed them immediately and told them of my error. And if they gave me a hard time I would have said delete my account cause I ain't paying that!

It's clearly an error. I would hope they would not try to hold him to it!

This HAS to be seen as a mistake.

Suing would be a waste of time. Anyone in their right mind (including the website running the auction) should easily see the mistake that was made here.

If they refuse, I'd just do what you said and delete your account, and never go back.

Ok guys, while it is true you can sue for anything, it's a matter of does the case hold any ground. My comment was sarcasm. However, as I said I would certainly make sure that this would get rectified.

I saw it...a bid is entrance into a legally binding contract. So again, what are you going to sue for? I am sure this will get resolved, but technically, the bidder is at fault for not reviewing the bid.
