This is where I purchased my first humidor some 8 years ago. They have turned it into more of a night club than a cigar bar. I used to frequent this place when I was 19. The atmosphere back then was cool. Nice owners, and knowledgeable staff. I can't comment on how the place is run now. I haven't been back in based on how it looks from the outside. Cigars are not the primary business here, drinks are. I know nothing about business purchases, but $300K seems pretty high. Just my $.02

Been there once. Didn't actually smoke anything or have drink, though--just curious. Their humi's not that big, but adequate for the size of the place. A little smaller than Casa Fuente's. It's a good area, though--plenty of shopping and restaurants that I'm sure can attract a crowd (for the drinks at least).

It looks very nice... probably a LTNL vs owned real estate if they get good traffic or were able to implement some effective marketing strategies, it could probably become very profitable... It's like a plush lounge w/ a real humidor & full bar... Pretty good combo if you ask me!

Looking...depends on the liquor license, property ownership etc. Cigar shops are going pretty cheap in CA.
