If you were to be forced to choose, what CC would be your special Christmas box purchase of the year ?

Cohiba Maduro Genios
Montecristo Sublimes LE 2008
Favorite NC selection of equal value. Please state which.

I am looking for a bit of input as to which everyone would choose. I know that the Monte's only come in boxes of 10, but that doesn't matter as I can get 2 boxes for the price of one of the other CC's.
The reason I put the NC selection up there is to know what other people think of their favorite NC selections against the CC's. Usually those NC selections are pretty expensive, right in line with the CC's now, so I figure it might help out with a decision process here LOL.

I think the Siglos need some time, but the Montes are good to go. The Cohiba Maduros are imo not even in the same league.

My siglo VI's are sick, I didn't care much for the Monte sublimes, but the Cohiba genios are good now (never thought I would like them)

Yeah, I was wondering how many people actually posted in this topic about another cigar they recommend vs. the poll choice they chose. I am having a hard time choosing, and then I get recommendations of another stick. I know that not everyone likes the same sticks, and that's ok, but please...if you have tried any of these, I am looking for informed feedback as I have only had the Sublime and Siglo VI to compare.

the Siglo VI is a very nuanced cigar and has always shown exceptional quality for me. I also agree that the Maduro is often overlooked or downplayed when really it is a good smoke with a load of flavors. the Maduro is probably a bit less complex than the Sig VI though.

Sorry, couldn't help it....of the cigars you listed, I would get the Sublimes if you want to smoke them soon, and the Siglo VIs if you will age them.
