(not from me, from my cigar smoking)

Looks like I'm taking a month off from smoking. I suppose I shouldn't argue too hard when there's two feet of snow in my smoking chair.

Wish me luck finding other vices to fill the time... :stretchgr

Oh, and hope y'all had an a great Christmas free of drama, mayhem, and 7-layer food allergies (sorry Nickerson!).

Hah, yeah, that's my take. I feel like an idiot dressing up in 17 layers to go out for a smoke in the snow anyway (not that didn't do it all last winter). Not a bad time for a bit of moderation, I suppose.

Now I just need to make sure I negotiate in some sort of waiver for Jack's birthday.

How bout some libation to keep the taste buds humming with added benefit of keeping you warm? Lotsa recommendations for good rhum and single malts in these boards. A nice Isley single malt with lotsa smoky peat may be the next best thing to smoking a great cigar.

You need to tell her, she'll get back in that kitchen and do those damn dish if she know what's good for her! Then tell her to bring you a beer and the remote control pronto. Then tell her about those skid marks in your shorts and makes sure she uses extra bleech or else! Then let out a roar and flex your muslce like this guy:

Oh crap I think that my wife is calling me...I better run she gets so mad if she has to call me twice...:)

Good luck with one bro. I don't think I could go two days without a cigar. I need that two hours of Zen to help balance the insanity of life! I wish you luck though!

I must be lucky. I was sitting in front of the fire last night while my girlfriend relaxed on the couch. I kept casting longing gazes at my cabinet humidor. Finally I asked if it was ok if I smoked and she replied "I was just hoping you were going to light up."

True story. I'm not making it up.

My wife said if we took our house off the market, she would OK getting a patio cover addition, and not mention my cigar smoking any more! She must like this house.
They start Monday!

Good luck with the month off, but think how good that first cigar will be.

That will change if she becomes your wife.

True story. Trust me I know. :timebomb:
