Guys, if you are one the fence about buying the candelas, there are just not that many stick out there...not limited per se, but according to Dion, the wrapper is VERY difficult to get in bulk...

Looks like single ~hl~ candelas are in stock now. I'm tempted to place an order. I love the ordinary ~hl~, but I've actually never tried a cigar with a candela wrapper.I just grabbed a single of each of the available sticks from NHC today. Son of a...I tried to order two of these today with the other 2 singles not even realizing they were out of stock at the time. And now they're back in stock. Did they ship yet? If not, email Dan. He's combined orders after the fact for me in the past.Son of a...I tried to order two of these today with the other 2 singles not even realizing they were out of stock at the time. And now they're back in stock. Damn...
Yep, sadly already shipped. Thanks for the heads up, though. Appreciate it.Did they ship yet? If not, email Dan. He's combined orders after the fact for me in the past.
The Illusione ~hl~ Candela would be the best place to start my friend!I've never smoked a candela before.
Are these a good place to start?
I don't think of Candelas as being creamy at all, in my experience. Not really sweet either. More a dry, grassy, earth flavor, with very defined peppery notes. Not harsh pepper, just very specifically white or black peppercorn flavors. Obviosuly the sharp, fresh cut grass element is key.how does the candela flavor differ from a rosado?
there seem to be limited reviews on the candela... and the words seem to be sweet, creamy, spicy, cinnamon, etc. add vanilla and almond and you have rosado, right?
...and its either this or the Tat pl... so I'm trying to figure out which way to go.
Whats the price? I may be interested in a split of some Candelas.Burning leaf has them in stock as of tomorrow. As a site sponsor they are running 20% off for botl members(box). May want to run a split here if not a full box.
