  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

  • I am thankful for all of my BOTL friends! Everyone please be safe and enjoy your time with family, friends who however you are choosing to spend the day!

So those are good sticks, Larry?

I was intrigued when I got the e-mail from CI, but also thought "it's probably another one of those CI-deals where they're selling you crap for peanuts".

What vitola would you recommend?
PDR isn't a CI brand, so it's legit. I love the robusto. They come in a lancero too, which looks/sounds awesome.

This forum has "forced" me to spend at least $1K in 2010. Thanks fellow BOTLs! Looking forward to a less expensive 2011. :)

Miles to go before I sleep ...
Now this is a sweeeeeet deal....

Pinar del Rio Seleccion 2007

Same blends, but bigger 25-count boxes with an extra 2-3 years of age on them for $50.00 a box!!
These are "old blend" sticks ...
From what I understand, the whole reason for the re-packaging initiative was because the stock of tobacco used for the first run of PDR products was used up. So rather then just incorporating the new tobacco/blend into the existing lineup, Abe went ahead and did a repackaging and box count change to coincide with the new blend's introduction.

Not to pick nits ... since both the old and new blends are fantastic!!! Heck of a deal!!!

Maybe Abe will weigh in and confirm either way ...

Cigarmonster has got the box of 50 Tatuaje Petit Reserva (showing 32 ring?) on the name your price... just scored a box there for about $25 less than elsewhere. One of my favorite quickie smokes, and I've been looking for a deal on these!!
