Smoked the 52 New Years eve. It was really flat. A botl also had one from the same box and had the same issue. Anyone experience this problem.

No... I've thoroughly enjoyed mine. Did you just get that one (two) or do you have additional ones you'd care to trade... :cbig:

Smoking one on my birthday later this month and know it came from a box that was "epic" to say the least.

Full review and good camera pics will commence on the **. :)

Wouldn't you like to know?
Thanks. I just can't believe what those damn things cost. I'm up in Toronto right now and went to the Habanos dealer to get mine (wanted to make 100% sure it was real). I about fainted when I saw the price. Oh well you only live once I guess. Maybe this will be the last year I'm married ;)
They're around $30 for the Behike 52. Same price you would pay for a Padron 80th.
not in Canada they aren't. That is below store cost in most provinces.

That is an option. But that said they can look up the prices if they want and charge on that. All that said if you live in Canada the best option is to take a vacation to havana and bring back your 50 as part of your personal exemption. What you save would more then pay for your trip.

CA just rated the BHK52 as their top cigar of 2010, too...... now all the goofballs, that can't make decisions based on their own tastes, are gonna run out and buy them up as they become available. :frownno:

Cheers!
They can take our new stock, but they can never take.... our ORs!!!!!

If I was a bad, bad boy... and lived in Canada (hypothetical here)... I'd probably order my BHK online and have my vendor actually declare them as cigars... but way undervalue them on the declaration...... the online price I pay PLUS the tax I'll get hit with will still come out to a much lower amount than purchasing locally if my online vendor knows what they're doing...... hypothetical situation, of course... not that I've heard or seen this type of horrible illegal behavior taking place...

hypothetical, I know you say, but how much different is this than the other one (real story) you presented about the guy getting his second box later on and wondering what to do? Both would be stealing from someone.

Since we're now having this discussion on two different threads, I'll post that response here too!

I'll admit that's true, to some degree!

ALL ethics are selective, though, brother!!!

Think about it...... does everyone think all theft is bad? How about killing? What about homosexuality? I could go on and on with topics like distributive justice, human dignity, integrity, freedom, etc... right? ALL ethics are subjective and, therefore, selective...

For ME... I'm against my government making it illegal for me to choose where I spend my own money...... in the name of the furtherance of freedom (i.e. Cuban embargo).

For ME... I'm against a government trying to legislate my morality by imposing extra taxes on things like cigars and alcohol.

For ME... I'm against paying for something once, getting it twice, and not saying anything.

BTW... I speed too. :cbig:

Cheers!
