I spent a bit of time looking recently, too. They seem to have fixed the couple old links I had. Now I think you have to catch the daily/weekly specials to get free shipping.

the "freepmx3" works

You will not see the "free shipping" banner that typically appears, but once you add an item and go to checkout, you will see that there are no shipping charges and the shipping drop-down states the "free shipping credit"!

Thanks. Didn't think it was working cause the banner didn't show.

When in the ordering process do you find out if your offer was accepted on CigarMonster? I just offered $60 for a
box of Oliva Serie O Coronas and it says 'Releasing to shipping' in the status. Does that mean it was accepted?

It should have said "accepted" just before that. but if they have released it for shipping it was "accepted"

You have to complete the whole transaction with credit card info and everything before they let you know whether they accepted it.

Pardon my language, but that part is fucking bullshit, and the reason I will no longer do ANY business with Famous. I went through that entire process, only to find out my offer was to low. They now have my credit card information on file, just so they can say "nope, we won't sell you those cigars, even though we told you it was accepted." Sneaky business bullshit, I had to get a new credit card after that.

They get your CC down so that you cannot back out.
After you made your offer youd back out and offer $5 less and see if that worked and repeat until you found the low point.

Could be that you're promoting your own shop and you aren't an official BOTL retailer.... I'd PM Eric if you're interested in becoming a sponsor/retailer and for any information as to why your posts could have been deleted.

Check out cigarsatyourprice.com... You can get some really good deals and you will know whether they accepted your offer even before you add it to the shopping cart. I have ordered from them a couple times and I know others on the forums have as well. They seem to be reputable and the shipping is fast. And did I mention some great deals to be had?? :eyepoke:

In this instance I was able to get a better deal from Cigarmonsters Name your price than cigarsatyourprice.com but that doesn't happen very often... at least on the stuff I like anyway.
