Being on page 1 of Google for various search terms is a big step towards selling on the interent. I am now on page 1 of Google, in 5th and 9th place, for the search term "cigar cutter". This should bring a nice amount of traffic to my site. Thanks for allowing me too brag a little bit.

Congrats! You know this sneaky little V-cutter you sold me has been used way to many times, love the thing, as for the Palio, well I might be visiting your site again as it has gone MIA.

Top notch service all around!

It's all about SEO. People that use WordPress or other mainstream blogging software usually have a lot of options when it comes to plug-ins. Storefronts and non-templated websites have a lot more work to do to receive the same results.

Google has a formula that is far too complex for my head, but it includes things like: amount of times phrase is published (both visible and not visible), frequency of updates, amount of hyperlinks (the reason why Wikipedia is the first hit for just about anything), etc...

Many large online storefronts pay people (a lot of money) to get their results first... as we all know few of us have patience to go to page 2.

post above explains it well

its a pretty complex project, and takes a lot of time. The term "cigar cutter" was a pretty tough term to get on page 1,so thats why I am pretty damned happy about it.

If you are bored check out my Google rankings for "palio cutter", "travel humidor", "cigar tube",""cigar Caddy", "cigar Holder"

Bottom line is I found an awesome SEO/Marketing company
