Pardon my language, but that part is fucking bullshit, and the reason I will no longer do ANY business with Famous. I went through that entire process, only to find out my offer was to low. They now have my credit card information on file, just so they can say "nope, we won't sell you those cigars, even though we told you it was accepted." Sneaky business bullshit, I had to get a new credit card after that.

I understand your frustration of them taking your credit card info first, but why do you say "even though we told you it was accepted?" Famous does not tell you whether or not your offer is accepted until after you enter all your info and click submit.

The thing I don't like about the "name your price" program, is if you want to buy 2 different boxes and submit offers on them, but only one box/price gets approved. You then have to pay shipping for that order and then go back and submit offers on the other box and then pay shipping on that box too because they are two separate orders. I have had this happen twice now...

I emailed immediately after, but my order was late at night and by the time they came to work the next morning the orders were processed.

When it's essentially the same order done within minutes, yes. It costs more money, it's very wasteful to use another full box and packing material, and chances are greater for something happening to one of the boxes.

If you haven't already done so, check out the Superbowl sale mentioned in the Retailers section. Tim at the Burning Leaf has a great deal on the Epernay Le Matin (among other offerings). In my opinion, this is one of the best cigars on the planet, but they aren't cheap, and almost never on sale.

Deal on a 10 pk cohiba red dot robustos for $47.50. I know many people here don't like the NC versions of CC but the red dots are a solid stick especially with some age. not worth the regular retail price but a good buy at 5 buck a stick. never had the CC so cant compare
