Sunspots on my Ramon Allones?

So I have a whole bunch of the Ramon Allones Canadian Regional cigars.

Something I've noticed on a few of them is that they have some "spots" on them.

No, they are not mold.

And no, they are not beetle holes, because they are not holes.

They are just small, white / off-white spots. About the size of the tip of a BIC pen.

It's not like they are polka-dotted. The one that has the most has 4 of them, and they are spread over the cigar.

Are these sunspots?

They are as a result of condensation (water spots) on the wrapper leafs when they were drying/aging.

Yes! That's it EXACTLY!

Some of them have them, some of them don't.
Yeah I call 'em sun spots, but I think Larry is probably more correct in his description of what causes 'em. And Alex is right, don't effect the smoke in any way other than appearance.

Seriously...

I have always called those water spots. As Larry said, they occur naturally in the process. Shouldn't affect taste, and they are nothing to worry about.

However, you NEED to post a review of that beauty after you smoke it!

Sure thing!

I have like a dozen of 'em!
