Ah. Thank you. I will seek. I see Dan has fivers.
Just weasel some from E. He has a few cabs (of 50), no doubt.

I've admittedly only smoked 6 or 7 (I think...) PCRs, but have never had any performance issues with them.

Wow, that really sucks man. I'm crossing my fingers as well. I bought a cab and have smoked about 10 of them and they've all been perfect so far. Hopefully yours sort themselves out!

Yeah j sounds like either a bit of humidity issue or bummer on ur cab. Smoked through a full cab with no complaints. I thought they had great draw on them. Not so loose that it would burn up in 15 minutes and not too tight to where it is impossible to smoke. Good luck on the rest of ur box brotha!

I highly doubt it is a humidity issue as this is the only stick that I have been having problems with (except for the occasional CC). They are plugged, too much tobacco in one area or another, I could feel the plug by squeezing along the cigar. I put 2 in a small humi yesterday morning that felt a little plugged and it is reading 52%RH. If that doesnt fix the problem I know a draw poker will, just not something I thought I would have to go through.

Did you clip the cap off?(thanks keinreis)

It HAS to be something wrong with what you are doing, because apparently there is never a bad Tatuaje :grinFU:

hmm... I had my 5th pcr today, and it was the first one that had a smooth draw. The first four were so tight, I just assumed that was how they were; until I smoked this one. I have a few more in the humi (64-68%), and I hope the rest are like the last one I enjoyed. :noemotion

Sounds like you need to learn how to smoke :nodlaugh:

Seriously, no issue an my cab.
Same here, I bought a cab when they first released and I'm yet to have a single issue w/ one. Some taste better than others, but that's about it. This is my favorite short smoke, love it, love it, love it.

Since I and several others besides Justin have had issues with these, I have to agree that it's not simply a humidity issue.

no issues with the ones I've had but I would recommend a draw tool, perhaps? on such a small rg a poke or two would probably loosen up a plugged one plenty.

This makes a total of 7 out of 10 in this box that were just way to tight to be enjoyable. Those are not good odds.

I have used and will continue to use a draw poker on these but should I have to? It takes the relaxation out of smoking. I don't know, just disappointed in this box.

J how about getting a hold of the shop or even Pete to see if he will change them out. Shouldn't have to go thru the frustration with these brother.

I had one last night that had a draw problem. The cigar is rather soft so rolling it around in my fingers with slight pressure seemed to help it slightly..

I'd say my cab has been about 70/30.
70% being good draws, 30% being tight. I do remember almost pitching one because it was almost unsmokeable.

Im finding that the draw on some of mine gets a little tight about half way in. Im smoking one right now and it is happening, not to where I cant smoke but I can see the oils/tar building up around the cap. Im thinking I should let them rest until summer to let the oils soak in. The box date says Jan11 so they are pretty fresh.

Ok, I'm bringing this back.. ooew ..

One month later, I now have a larger sampling to offer my opinion on. I have a pcr about once a week, and in the last month they have all been great. I haven't changed anything with my humi settings or anything like that, so... Just the luck of the draw? I'm not sure, but I'm glad that I haven't had any problems with the last few delicious smokes! :cbig:

Not something I like hearing. For sure not an easy size to roll but really no reason for it. I'll make sure this thread gets passed on to the factory.

Thanks.

Btw, twenty5 that Cuban quality comparison hurts. Ouch!
