Well, my Chasidor trays FINALLY arrived today after 135 days and I've gotta say...other than the HORRIBLE timeline estimation...I have nothing but good things to say about Chuck. The quality on these things is nothing short of flawless, and I had no communication issues...he replied promptly the one and only time I emailed him. (He even gave me an unsolicited refund on my 2 shelves because he forgot to ship them out to me). Chuck is a good guy, he's just IMHO a tad bit overwhelmed with workload.

Anyway...I know...This thread is worthless without pics...so here we go!!!

Got the email that my package had been delivered and when I got home, this is what was waiting for me...

Now if you are wondering about that little hitchhiker on top...
That's a completely different story...http://www.botl.org/community/forums/showthread.php?t=49435

VERY well packed...and oh that sweet smell of spanish cedar...

Hardware installed

Like a glove...

Perfect clearance for the ramp

Finished product

SHE'S FINALLY DONE!!! Now it's time to fill her up!!!

For anyone wanting to see the process start to finish, here is the link to the build thread:
(The link is in post #10 of this thread...couldn't get it to work here for some reason)

Thanks to everyone who followed along...

Probably want to season those drawers, or they will soak the humidity right out of your sticks.
Yeah...in anticipation of getting the drawers I raised the humidity up to about 72% over the last week and now that the drawers are in I have a couple dishes/sponges with DW in there...
After a pretty significant drop off when they were installed, right now she's holding pretty steady around 58%...I'm sure over the next few days she'll continue to climb back to normal.

very very nice Slave! smart move on getting 4 drawers... I did 3 and wish I had more...
Yeah, but looking at things now, I wish I would have done 1 single and 3 doubles...I don't have space issues currently, but I can see it happening in the future.

Plus... Chuck builds these in a higher-humidity environment. Sure, they will lose a fair amount in shipping, but a quick wipe down and dropping them into a high humidity environment should get them up to speed pretty quickly. The seasoning time has been significantly shorter on his shelves/drawers than other humidors.
