Every time I find a good deal they sell out the stuff I want before I get my chance. Had a couple days on this one to pull the trigger but waited until today. As of this morning they were available but when I went to buy, they were gone.

I was going to get 4 10 packs at killer prices.

CAO Italia 10 pack for $24.00
CAO Lx2 10 pack for $24.00
CAO Mx2 10 pack for $24.00
CAO Gold Maduro 10 pack for $24.00

40 cigars for $96.00. I really do enjoy CAO cigars. They don't "wow" me but they are just a well made and tasty cigar. I was hoping to find someone after I bought to do a split so we each get 20 cigars, 5 of each for $48.00. Would have been a killer deal.

This happens to me every time with Cigars International. It's like they see me eying something and then change it. EVERY TIME!

Anyways. I'm looking for another good deal at the moment, but I doubt anything will touch 20 cigars I really like for $2.80 a cigar.

End of rant.

Don't beat yourself up. I've noticed that their deals are cyclical. You just have to wait til the next deal comes up. You can also find deals on CAO stuff on the monster all the time. Keep your eyes peeled.

It is a part of their whole marketing gimmick. Thinking its one hot deal and you have a limited chance to get on it. For the 3 years I've been in the cigar world there has never been a time where any of the major sites didn't have some kind of nice deal.

The prices on those were really nice though.

Been smoking a bit more lately, which is good. I have an anxiety disorder and usually the anxiety holds me back a bit, but I've been feeling good so I been smoking more. That plus my dad who rent's out the bottom right half of my humidor just upgraded to a bigger humidor which arrived today. So I have some serious real estate to fill in my humidor! Was hoping to get those 20x CAO's and pick up 10-15 singles off of SeriousCigars.com for some new things I'm interested in.

Will have to keep an eye open though.

I always forget to check CigarMonsters mash up between 11-12PM. Always slips my mind.

That story is exactly why I don't even look at cigar prices until I have $$ in hand, and I'm ready to buy. I used to always check deals out, find something great, then it would be gone by time I got paid. Too much disappointment for my poor little heart to take!

After many years of watching cigar deals you learn that they do indeed run in cycles. That deal you missed will be back around if you give it some time. You can't beat yourself up. Heck sometimes missing a deal presents an even better deal down the road.
