Not too many people ever have an opportunity to shoot a "Grease Gun" M3A1 45cal sub-machinegun. So I thought I'd share my experience. Notice the major flinch on the very last attempt when the mag was empty. It fires from an open breech and the trigger has about a 10lb pull.

My son shooting a Thompson. Notice the much faster rate of fire; however the Grease Gun replaced the Tommy during WWII because of manufacturing costs.

That would be a rush!! One of these days I hope to get the opertunity to shoot a full auto. I guess there is a place in Las Vegas where you can rent full autos there? So that may be my chance.

Most definately looks like a blast. I had the opportunity to go through a couple of drums on a fully auto Thompson Sub-Machine Gun and it was a blast.

Yup, I edited to include my son shooting the Tommy. Not a drum. I think the mag holds 25 rounds. Notice the much faster rate of fire than the M3A1.
