Incidentally, went back to same bar Sunday and had no problems. It was just the one bartender who was a dick.

Yea. By this rationale, an alcoholic can apply for and get a job at a bar, and then be enraged that they are forced to handle alcohol all day! Insane, idiotic.

Should a Christian get a job at a Muslim Center and then demand legislation that forces them to be "open" to his religion? Insane!

The rationale that says even TOBACCO SHOPS should not allow smoking is just plain ridiculous. Anyone who doesn't want to be near smoke and is stupid enough to go into a tobacco shop is no different than an someone who doesn't like swearing but is stupid enough to go to a rap concert ... or someone who doesn't like violence going to a Quentin Terantino movie.

This used to be a free country! Why are Americans letting idiots run all over our freedoms?

I agree on "workplace" standards (hotel lobbies etc...) but with carve outs for lounges and tobacco retail.
As stated, if you're applying for a job at a cigar lounge/shop, you know what you're doing.

Hopefully the intent is to propose everything and negotiate down from there.
