Chasidor?

Is the guy from Chasidor dead? I sent him an inquiry email two weeks ago, no response. I went to his website and submitted a request with some questions a week ago. So that's two emails in two weeks with no response.

I have an Avanti 40 bottle thermalelectric wine cooler I'd love to get fitted for a couple of drawers and shelves, but I can't get the guy to respond to any of my emails. I know he is busy, but I guess he doesn't want any added business in the upcoming weeks.

Yeah I know. I love the looks, especially the exotic wood on the front. But damn at least email me and let me know if you can think you can make drawers for my cooler. If not fine, I'll find someone else.

Don't count on getting a response pretty much ever, his stuff is pretty nice, but his CS is non-existent. If you are just going to get a few standard things and don't mind waiting a LONG time, just place an order, you'll eventually get it. If you are looking for custom stuff, going to drop a lot of dough, or are the type of person who expects to get an email in return and gets pissed if you don't, go with someone else. Ordered two standard items and never got a return email, only heard once my stuff shipped 4 months later.

I know you were Craig. I was just trying to address how others complain but in the end stick up for his inability to communicate with his customers.

I've always had good luck communicating with him... I usually PM him over at the asylum though! Give that a try.

Don't know what your talking about. I submitted an order on Sunday for three drawers. The e-mail response was in my box, Monday morning. I paid with Faygal Monday morning, and my account was updated within the hour, and I had another e-mail. Long waits are a thing of the past. My first order was completed and in my hands in under 33 days.

David I recommend you call Ed from Waxingmoon, I hear he's doing them now and he does great work with a quick turn around, great communication. I can say that because I have dealt with him on several occasions.

I've had no dealings with Chaz @ Chasidor, so I can't comment there, but I've had communications with Ed and he's always been very punctual in his responses, he turns out a great product in a very timely manner and to be honest, I don't think I've ever heard anyone complain about him or his work.

His communication is the weak point of what he does, his product is great! It's worth the wait!
