I have gone through quite a few T52's, and except for one issue of staying lit*, I have had no draw/plug issues ever.

IMVHO, these are top notch smokes in terms of quality, construction, and flavor profile.

*These cigars have very thick, oily wrappers that tend to retain moisture more than thin wrappers...I highly recommend dry boxing these puppies, especially if you keep your RH high (ie 67% plus).

Dry boxing? :wtf:
Many ways to do it, but it is simply moving a cigar to a drier environment for a period prior to smoking. I have an old 20 count desktop humidor that doesn't seal well that I use without any humidification devices at all.
I just put cigars in there a day or two or three before smoking.

It is kind of fun to experiment with different cigars and lengths of time. It is hard for me to 'plan' what cigar I might choose tomorrow or the next day, as my taste is fickle and I can change my mind five or six times just while peering into an open humidor. But, I have learned that a number of cigars I like, particularly maduros, smoke differently - usually better - after some time in the dry box. Experiment - and take some notes at first. You'd be amazed at how the same maduro can be three totally different cigars after one and two days in a dry-box.

I too have had similar experiences. I'm not sure it is a draw issue. Almost like to tobacco is still too wet inside the cigar. I know I have it stored right, in fact I was trying to dry box some as I was smoking one a day of those for awhile. Helped some, didn't help others. maybe this is why I have not bought another box lately. maybe they just need a longer time to age, unfortunately my box only lasted a little over a month. Not much down time.

I have gone through several boxes with no issues what so ever! Sorry to hear about your issues.

Okay, Round 2!

MUCH BETTER this time around. Picked it up from my B&M last night and smoked it tonight. Had a perfect draw and finally experienced all of the flavors I was expecting. :blushlove

Or, you could just keep your cigars at 65%, pull them out, and enjoy them instantaneously without the cloak and dagger shadow games of "dry boxing" :dunno:
