I just made another box purchase of these cigars. The only thing about them is you have to let them rest a while at lest a year before you smoke them to get the true goodness of them. They are rolled in the shop down in New Orleans and then sent out. They are still good when first smoke them but after that one year point they are in my top 10. Has any one tired these before, and do any of you feel the same way?

I'm a big fan of CFNO, make it a point to hang out in there every time i'm in NOLA (have family in the area). I always bring back a box, and the Tres Hermanos are my favs. I agree some time in the Humi does them good, though they rarely last 6 months before I dig into them.
I find the Vieux Carre are great right off the table.

I got one last saturday while down there. NOLA is about a little over an hour trip for me, so I'm there alot!
The Tres Hermanos is good, ROTT, but way better with some age like you said. Next time, try the $4 Pantelas in the dark wrapper. Darn good short/small smoke!

My fave is the Numero Dos.
I love the Tres Hermanos sticks, good construction and they age well.
The Tres Hermanos is great. I have three that will be a year in the humidor come April 2nd. I would love to do a trade with you if you want. I would alos like to add something to that trade that is from Louisiana as well. I can send first so you can see what I am talking about then you could send something that is from where you live.
