Funny...that's what came to my mind as well. Not sure this hobby makes sense, but it feels good!

High-end has degrees. But yeah, anything with a tourbillion pretty much jumps to the way, way, way high-end of the spectrum.

A 3 series BMW may not be a Honda Civic but it's still a starter BMW. A high end car is an S Class Benz or a Bentley etc. Just like high end watch is a Patek, Breguet, Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet, etc. Not that watch in the original post.

Truth is..... "high-end" is subjective.......... as are ALL things relating to money!

MOST people on the planet would think a 2,900 dollar watch is high-end. Now... those of us that might be semi-collectors or can afford more...... okay...... now it's not so much.

Here's the thing...... what number is it at high-end? 2,000? 10,000? 100,000? 1,000,000? That all depends on your personal financial position!

Ask a Saudi Prince... and his answer will be different than an American construction worker... whose answer will be different from a farmer in Chile.

The argument can NEVER be won.......... so just enjoy the OP that showed a pretty nifty timepiece with a deliberate cigar focus... sheesh.

Dude....It's NOT a timepiece.
