So where do you guys buy most of your cigars? I have recently become addicted to cigarbid.com. Its an evil place that seems to eat up some of my paychecks. Being from San Antonio, my B&M is Fincks Cigar, they have some decent cigars they produce in house, and their prices on other brands is the cheapest to be found. So where do you guys pick up your favorite smokes?

Lately I have been trading on forums only. The cigars are aged properly and the guys/girls can make better recommendations about what they are selling or trading. I can also get a selection/ specific 5er/box of something that cannot be found anywhere, at a price that cannot be found anywhere.

For some reason I have an issue with buying from the big online guys so I buy from B&M's. Whether or not I am in the store or not I just feel more comfortable buuying off of someone who knows my name.

Mostly online. But some things are cheaper in my local shop. Like the La Bijou toros I picked up for $10 each. It's rare but it does happen.

Unfortunately in Toronto, a B&M means paying 200- 300% what you pay. Trading is very civilized. Or, buying when we visit Grandma in Miami:santa2:

May have to arrange a Cigars for Coffee trade with you at some point. Send me a pm if you are looking for anything as I have a decent selection and no borders to worry about

Awesome, I need to go to Finck's next time I'm in the area. They've been around forever and they are a big reason that our tobacco taxes are as low as they are.

I buy alot at my B&M, some online, and a good bit from trading. I try to go to my B&M first, because I spend so much time there. I generally only buy online or from traders if I can't get it at my B&M or if it is a really really good deal.

I buy alot from my local B&M (Tower) and online some as well. I've found that I just prefer to buy from someone I trust who knows cigars and can make good recommendations.

Jeez, if my local B&M was Tower, I probably wouldn't buy anywhere else, haha. Its really a blessing to have a good B&M so close to my house.

My sources are as follows:
1) Smoke Inn (Great Customer Service/ Shipping) tied with
1) New Havana Cigars (Great Customer Service / Shipping)
2) Famous / Monster
3) Airport Duty Free (AMS/ CDG) :)

Occasionally , Thompson's. My first order when I got serious in this hobby was with them and before I heard all the horror stories, but fortunately they don't bug me and I have had no issues with them so far.

I also live in San Antonio.

Cigar Pointe in Stone Oak is hands down the BEST for boutique brands. He is also a new BOTL member under "CigarPointe". Great customer service and military discount.

I went to Finks last month and was not impressed at all.

Emerson's Cigars in Hampton mostly, some stuff from NHC. Used to get a lot of stuff from CI, but been a long time since I've ordered anything from them.
