Signed. What needs to happen realistically is this entire country needs a kick in the ass. Remember when we went to war and CHEERED our Soldiers? When men smoked pipes and cigars more frequently and we weren't a cult?

What happened to when being a patriot was cool?

One of my writer friends...was trying to get me to quit smoking because of my heart. If I didn't smoke for a week or a month or whatever, my heart would still be in disrepair (I have afib) and she swears that I'll get mouth cancer or something like that.

GRRR. I'll mention the petition on an upcoming Pure Indulgence episode.

Hey I just had a thought, didn't we do this with alcohol? How did that work out again? I seem to forget...

The Government wants to tell us what to eat, where to smoke, that we must wear helmets on Harleys, make our healthcare decisions for us, tell us what News channels to watch.

Our personal freedoms are under serious attack.

Big Government or Freedom...You can't have both

Signed and hoping for this bill to go down in flames. Another example of the California political madness that got us in this mess to begin with.

They call CA the Land of Fruit and Nuts for a reason....and it has NOTHING to do with Agriculture.

Where is the CRA representation on this forum? Poriggity is a CA ambassador and a member of BOTL and another half a dozen cigar related forums, but not one word from him. Other than a petition (File 13 material), what are they doing?

Just signed the petition again. Within two seconds I received my BS reply from Senator Steinberg. Blah, blah, blah, blah, and some more blah. I'm sure he is reading these :sarcastic

The passage of this bill comes as no surprise however, the fact that this harms small businesses in times like this makes me wonder what logic they are applying.

I forgot, there is no logic behind this!
