Out of the loop...need recommendations for NC's

I have just started smoking NC's again after being on an exclusive CC kick. When I smoke NC's I want something full bodied and thick. My current fav NC's are tat noellas (wish I had some reservas) and LP DR's (Padron 46 was good too) (T110 very good). I am looking for similar (thick and meaty)profiles to these. suggestions?

Most of the LE Viaje releases sound like they are right up your alley - Skull N Bones, Holiday Blend, Exclusivo. If you like the LP DR, you might also like the LP T52 or #9, especially if you can find any Flying Pigs.

I tried the La Sirena and it was good. I have had a S&B and it was just way too spicy..is the 50/50 black any better?

I like the LP9 but won't buy them b/c the DR is sooo much better. don't like the 52 flavors, 601 Blue don't care for, Rocky Patel Decade Torp Not a RP guy, Tatuaje HCS (on order..will keep u posted), Tatuaje Petit Cazadore Reserva didn't care for, Illusione not full bodied although I like the flavor, Cain Daytona are good but as are the F's for a nic buzz (sick of flavor half way through)..Use to love the Oliva V Maduro till they changed the wrapper to Mexican (yuk)...Anarchy is good, JG too bland...I know I am a picky SOB but please bear with me. :grin:

Glad to see you liking the tat noella I turned you on to. Order some NHC reserva's from Dan in Cbus. It's a slightly different size of noella reserva!

I didn't care for either the natural or maduro on the NHC tats...what about the 7th reserva?

I'll second the Casa Fernandez & add (I am on this kick, but these seem perfect for what you're looking for) the Joya de Nicaragua Antaño Dark Corojo. They're phenomenal.

I really like the Joya de Nicaragua Antaño Dark Corojo. I also liked the one Viaje 50/50 I had and seems like it would be more to your liking if you thought the Viaje S&B too spicy. Then again, there is no accounting for taste.

I have some 50/50 blacks coming...didn't care for the red 50/50..hopefully it is different. I will have to try the Joya de Nicaragua Antaño Dark.

I gotta tell ya I thought it was terrible...but I am not a big broadleaf fan.
