What a frickin joke. But it's all about the money... the article states camps can play those games, but need to register as a camp and pay the $200 fee. It says there are too many groups that don't claim to be a "camp" and skirt the fees. I'm so sick of politicians thinking of how they can make money than actually give a damn about the real politics/laws of the land.
