Finally going to buy a full box

My stash is dwindling and after sampling lots of different brands for 7 or 8 monts I'm finally thinking about a full box. It will either be something from Padron, or Liga Privada as these 2 have consistantly been my favorite smokes. Monte Christo's are high up on the list, but I've had a couple of duds in their line.

yeah... stick with the Padronies or the Ligas for your first box. The MC's aren't exactly dog rockets... but at their price point just pass on them.

You might like them now, but as your palate develops you most likely will find them to be lackluster... and it would be a shame to have so many in your humi when the time comes.

Agreed. The NC Montes are for the birds. While the CC Montes can be hit or miss for me, when they are on, they are great.

Go with the Padrons, everyones first box or so should be one imho. I'm not very happy at all with the Liga T52's I bought a year ago, they started off amazing and now they are duds. I have always had at least a box of the Padron X000 series in my humi since 2005, a classic smoke!

Anythings by Padron in the 1000 Series or Liga Privada No.9's or T52's would be "Aces" in my book! :thumbsup:

N0 9's or T52's would be what will get for sure in that line. I'll have to decide between the padron Palma, and the x000 series though.
