Man, that sucks. Wonder if we're entering a phase where we'll see an increase in confiscations? I was looking at placing another order within the next few days but, now, I might lay low for a bit.

I to received a box in seven days after the one that got nailed had shipped. My one that they got shipped around the time we final killed OBL.

Seems to me if you sign it, you would be admitting that you knew about them. Play dumb and act like it was a mistake, or someone ordered them (gift) to your address since they knew you liked cigars.

They never really ask you to sign anything... it's usually just a letter that says your stuff was confiscated.

I'm going on more than a month since my order was supposedly shipped. The one thing I'm really concerned about is what condition they'll be in if and when I get them.

If memory serves,,,,someone created a account on April 1st with that name. Their posts were something to the efefct of watching you, taking names, etc etc

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I feel fairly sure I'm correct.

SO never having purchased CC before, if they confiscate your stuff, does the company refund you??

Depends on the vendor. Better question is, do the send "the letter" (said in spooky voice).

Since I don't have the problem of having any CC shipment confiscated in Australia (they only ask for duties to be paid), can someone scan and post/send me a copy of the letter (with names blacked out)?
I'm working on a process that may avoid the confiscation and return any seized items for BOTLs in the US.
