Get reservations at la Guriada when you can. Fantastic place decent wine list and great food. Just ignore the bombed out look on the way in. And make sure Hamlet rolls you some flying pigs.

That place has some character... there's even pictures of the entrance stairway for sale as posters. Sure it's run down but I hope they don't try to renovate it.

My college gym was old, but classic and had a great retro feel to it. The bathroom sinks had classic brass faucets and old style lamps, the locker room had wood everywhere, and tile floors. Some jackass higher up decided it needed renovation... it looked like crap afterwards, very mundane. Such a damn shame.

Just got back. Great trip. Spend some time with rollers, found some BHKs and smoked some amazing cigars. Came back way over my allotment that I had to declare them to be safe. They let me through without a hitch.

All in all, came away with some great experiences, great cigars, made some new friends and reconnected with some old friends. Good times. Nice way to spend a week.
