This is not "smoke being blown." I would wait for JD's official announcement, but I had three sources corroborate my intel. One was close to JD, the other was close to Willy, and the third was a close industry friend of JD's. This collaboration has been a long time in the works and discussion, so don't discount it. I have even heard from a fourth source out of Florida this week that the deal is still going through, so look for a news update to happen real soon! We work hard to have our stories vetted and would not run them without having a good reason too. This story was labeled as a rumor for that reason, so there was flexibility in how it all would come together and come out.
