Just depends on what you order. Though, if you're talking about the 5er, that is the sort of thing they usually do free shipping on. For what it's worth, I went to make a move on the Heritage Puro Sols, and saw the same. Boo.
Yeah, I always check to see if they offer free shipping with the monster deal. If not, I usually combine it with something that does have FS... Just my $.02

I think I'd tend to disagree there. Maybe it's just local prices (which really aren't that high, considering some other parts of the country, as far as I'm aware), but rarely does a week go by where I don't get something from them that's just too good to pass up. I'm expecting delivery today for two 5ers of Havana VI Nobles that came up on Monday at $18/each, free ship, which is just a hair over half the price at my local B&Ms. They also regularly post great deals on the JdN Antanos (~$15 5ers, depending on size) which I love, but they're $7-10 at the B&Ms.

I know this firsthand; however I cannot answer on why there is a problem w/ delivering to your P.O. box.
they work together UPS drops off to USPS daily. you might want to try to put your street in the 1st address line and your p.o. box in the second address line. should wind up going to your po box but no guarantee.
