Is there a difference between cigar bar and cigar (or smoking) lounge? I can only assume in a lounge no one but the smokers would have to go in. We don't have either of those here.

Stuff like this just blows my mind. I understand the right winged vs left winged problems and why people differ on them. But there are certain issues, laws, and thought processes (on both sides!) that I just can't wrap my head around. How do people form ideas in their head that stuff like this is ok? Bar serves alchohol.
Lounge does not.

But the current plan of record is that they all close down in 2018.

What gets me is that our government is spending so much time/energy/resources trying to tell us CITIZENS what we can and cannot do to ourselves, when no one is standing up for us against the large businesses (ie: Goldman Sachs & JP Morgan Chase) who have been gently raping us for the past few years.
