I'm sitting on my patio enjoying an iced coffee, doctored up with cream, sugar and Khalua. Paired it with a Los Statos Deluxe Delirios from 1995. Great burn and very nice medium bodied smoke. Plenty of twang and this little rascal has some meat to it.

Rat's been diggin' some mm lately. Anyone else enjoy these under-appreciated little jewels?

No but I enjoy the hell out Jose Piedra La Cremas. Hit or miss as far as burn but damn tasty little bastids!

Jose Piedra Cremas are pretty legit with a cup of coffee. If you can get 'em when they are about $1.50 a stick they are great.

A good change of pace is the Gispert Habanero #2 if you can find them. Higher price, but I think they are still under $80.00

Not to dig up an old thread but I recently discovered Jose L. Piedras and really love them. Some of my friends give me a hard time for smoking something so cheap but to me they are great everyday sticks. I was able to grab them for $1.75 each and at that price you just can't beat them. :thumbsup: I believe they are no longer machine made though and now hand made.
