Alright guys, I've kinda been AWOL for the last year and a half/two years, and frankly haven't bought much over that time either. Good thing is I've got plenty to smoke the rest of my life. :) So my question is, what really good stuff have I missed?

FYI, most of what I've smoked over that time has been Tats and CCs. I'm more about complex and flavorful. Don't care how strong it is as long as it has a nice smooth flavor. And if it builds and changes its flavor thoughout the cigar... :awholelot

One last question... What does the La Verite 09 remind me of? Had one the other night and it reminded me of something I've had a bunch of, but I can't put my finger on what it was.

The EP Carrillo lines that are new to the market over the last 2 years are all fantastic. The 2010 and 2011 Short Runs are must haves in my book and at a great price point too.

EP Carrillo is making some fantastic smokes.......fitting of the attributes you seem to be looking for in a cigar (Short Run, Core, Elencos, New Wave Conneticut etc.).

I'd certainly recommend branching out and giving this line a try. You may just like it...perhaps even a whole lot.

Best part, they're as fairly priced across the board as any cigar brand on the market IMO.......

Scott!!! Miss you bro!!! Doing well. Decided I needed to be more intentional about doing the things I enjoy, and part of that is getting back online. It's just hard to not buy from some of you guys!

I'll definitely try the EPC line! Sounds. Sounds really interesting.

What's the Tat 7th like?

did somebody say Tat PCR? :ccool:

I just discovered these little beauties, now it's all I want to smoke. Well, PCR's and the Tatuaje Havana Cazadores.

Yes, they come wrapped in foil.

Is the pcr foil packed like the HCs?

In addition to all the cigars listed in posts before this one, I hear that the 2011 Watermellon Phillie Corona's are smoking rather nicely right now. :)

No thanks. Watermelon is one of those foods that needs to be cold.

Welcome back Scott.

For me a couple of lines stand out:

PDR and Drew Estates; they've done some wonderful things in my opinion.

The CroMagnum and Tarazona sticks are very nice for boutique brands.
