So glad they got the CBA worked out. Now a crazy free agent period begins...what does your team need?

I would love for my Chiefs to get a left tackle, a nose tackle, an ILB, and another receiver. I'm not asking for much, am I? LOL Luckily we're severely under the cap so I'm hoping they'll be aggressive.

I'm envious.....

Having a talent like Jamaal Charles to watch and root for would be frickin' nice. I only hope he gets 40+ more touches this year than he did last, and that TJones begins to phase out. Charles could be a 3 down back I think, but hard to find flaw with the recipe used last year I guess.

Yeah, Charles was a thrill to watch. Actually the whole team was. It was a fun season because it was so unexpected. Now, expectations are higher which may not be realistic unless we significantly upgrade several positions.

Yeah, with higher expectations come more scrutiny should they not live up to it....

But as far as I can tell......the Chiefs are on the major up-swing, and if Bowe can get his head on right and not go all Plaxico on the team...that offense is gonna be tough. Get the D straightened out, and watch out.

I haven't really followed the NFL since I was a kid, but the period between basketball seasons feels like it's getting longer and longer. Anyone want to school me on being a real Ravens fan? :)

Well, the Chiefs signed WR Steve Breaston which should be a good match with Dwayne Bowe. So, we got a WR....now let's get a couple more positions shored up!

I wonder what the Vikes offered him and if they were close to what Seattle offered? I wish Tarvaris well, but if the money was identical, Rice can suck it. He goes to a team with no QB knowing McNabb was coming to MN. All that said, if Seattle offered much more, can't fault him as he knows their offense and QB... although both suck.

Well the skins got rid of Haynesworth this morning to the Patriots. Now we just need to put together a decent core to build off of
