I dont think he's trying to promote them. They are local to Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. Doc Diaz from Stogie Fresh just did a segment on them in his recent trip to Canada, so that is probably whats prompting the question.
To the OP:
His stuff looks nice, and he did the boxes for the cromag cigar line, so he must be decent at what he does. If I ever have the extra cash to splurge, I'd probably look his direction cause he is kinda local to me.
Very nice! I would be interested to see if there is any reaction with the granite to the cigars/humidity. Would it be easier to maintain humidity because the finished granite wouldn't absorb as much? Just a thought.
Definitely agree on the price...I have some good cigars that I want to protect, but not that much.
My concern with Granite would be condensation forming on it due to changes in temp. That being said, the work on these is awesome. Now, the prices on the other hand...whew.
Wow they're lovely. Although w/ the prices I would expect piano hinges as well as corner pocket hinges to ensure a great seal. Shows some pretty cheap low end hinges IMO.

Their work is amazing. They are doing the humidors for ChiefHava's Cromagnon line, which look awesome. Also, the custom humidors they have posted on their website... holy cow. Some day, once I get my Pharm D. I hope to be able to afford one of these things.
