Any WASR10 owners???

I got a Century Arms WASR10 AK47. Now I know these are "bottom bin" AKs and "hit or miss" purchases. I like to believe mine was a hit... I've done several mods to it and plan on doing more.
Mods done...

• Tapco double hook trigger
• Synthetic guards upper/lower
• Underfold stock
• Top dust cover rail
• Fancy muzzle brake

Now I've heard it all,"These rifles are sh!tty," Im not looking for any of that.... If there are any WASR owners out there, My question is, what other mods can I do to it to make it a super custom.

I don't know of anything else you can possibly do other than an optic. I tend to keep my AKs as is. Once you start tacticooling an AK, it loses its allure. I've been searching high and low for a Chinese preban. Other than that, one WASR, and one milled Bulgarian fill my safe.

I'll tell you one thing...much cheaper than my AR addiction.

I wouldn't mind picking up an AK one of these days, although goodness knows I don't need to start another rifle platform.

I know that Century gets some bad press, mostly because of those canted sights, but Bud's is selling some Century built underfolders right now that review-wise are pretty nice right out of the box. Polish maybe? Don't remember.

I like the classic looking ones with the blond furniture. Maybe one day.

My first rifle was a Romanian WASR-10 when i turned 16. My dad said he couldnt afford a car for me and bought it at a gun show for 150$ i remember him saying quote "It's more like an insurance policy."

they are kind of shitty. every time i fired it i could feel the gun powder on my face. it felt shady...

That's the one I picked up several months ago. I just added a laser to it and adjusted the sights... I think Im done after I pick up a nice optic for it...

I agree with all of this.

AKs look best stock to ME.

This AR addiction has made me a poor man
