I run a laptop that dual Boots Windows 7 and Ubuntu. I'm not afraid to admit I really love Windows 7. However, I used to have a HTPC setup using Mythbuntu/MythTV and it was KILLER. The setup was a little outdated though and required lots of time to tweak so the project has been put on hold for a while.

My netbook also runs Jolicloud and I'm a big fan of them as well (debian/ubuntu based).

Lastly, there's my rooted Android Incredible which is another pride and joy :)

EDIT: I forgot to mention all the leftover hard drives and 800Mhz laptops that I still use regularly with DSL Linux and Puppy. I love reviving old machines!

how many servers do you guys have?
I just have a small one in the house, and a VM in my brother-in-law's basement, hosting random dumb stuff. My wife has a hosted server for a few of her websites, and then a bunch of servers she runs for a client's web application.

You should see my R&D lab at the office. Sun, HP, IBM, and a VM infrastructure hosting roughly 400 Linux and Windows environments.

Used to use only Ubuntu, but when I got my new laptop it had Windows 7, and have fallen in love with it. I didnt fork out the extra $100 for the install discs, so I dont like setting my system up to dual boot with out that fail safe.

I now use a 32GB thumb drive that boots about a dozen or so distro's, like ubuntu, backtrack, mint, and a few utility distributions for rescue operations.

Haven't for a while, but ran Xbuntu on my old laptop. Haven't been a fan of Windows 7 on the new netbook so have been toying with switching it over. Downloaded Ubuntu 11.04 the other day and booted from a zip drive to test drive it. Holy crap things have sure changed (looks wise) since I used Ubuntu last. I like it! Going to do a dual boot for a while to see how things go, but will surely be dropping Windows 7 for one of the Linux distros if I don't decide to go with Ubuntu.
