Expert eyes needed

look on the bottom below the branded "Hecho en Cuba" mark. SHould be in red stamped lettering.

should be right below the Habanos SA and other stamps on the bottom.... a lack of box code isn't a good sign....

That's what I thought. I'll look again but I do not remember seeing a code. He got these from a friend of his so I have no idea the source.

I am no expert, but I believe the warranty seal should be on side that the box opens. This photo looks like the seal is on the top of the box. That way it has to be cut when opening the box.

Check out the info from this site... there should be a UV logo and microprinting on the Seal... take a look and see if its there... I also found it odd that the Seals not on the part of the box where it would have to be cut through to open it.

That warranty is not only in the wrong place on the box it's haphazardly applied. It should be on the opposite corner from the Habanos label and neatly folded square to the box with the crease going through the coat of arms.

No hologram, crooked seal, no box code, the seal being on the hinge side,.....sorry but in my opinion these are fake. the one close up of the head appears wrong. Can't really tell if it's triple capped but doesn't look it. The word "habano" on the band looks off also. I will have to take a look at home and compare it to what I have, it just looks "off".

Smoke one and you will know immediately.
