If anyone is watching the locker room celebration the Detroit Tigers are smokin'em down. I am trying to see what they are smoking but cannot figure it out. Pretty cool that they are doing that in California!:cbig:

There is a cigar bar at Comerica Park?!
Yep. I just looked up the smoking rules for ballparks yesterday. It's the only park in the freaking country where you can sit down, smoke, and watch the game. Every other park is completely non-smoking or has designated areas only outside the park or on ramps. :hammersma

Well, holy nutcracker, batman. Guess I'm going to Comerica from now on! Wonder if I can get a game in before the end of the year...
You have to buy tickets $58 or more to get access to the cigar bar...aka Tiger Club level. The cigar bar also doesn't overlook the field, so you have to watch the game on TV. It's also not open after the game ends. If your tickets aren't tiger club level, I believe you can purchase a locker there to get access.

Good to know. $58 isn't to bad. Have to check at where the Tiger Club seats are.

Thought same thing when I heard about it and saw earlier this year...but looks like they kicked down a wall from the pics online...you can see the field now but only looks like a handful of seats get the luck of being able to to see the field.

As much as I'd love to do that, atleast I have the mancave tv set up now. Looks like a lazyboy recliner, my fav cigar, and a good drink will be as good as it gets. Nothing wrong with that!

It's about time they made it so you can see the field, even if it is only a couple seats. I haven't been up there since last season, but I'll definitely have to check it out again now, thx!

Good luck getting tickets. Wish the daughter wasn't so hung up on going or I'd take a group. Got great seats, parking, and unlimited access to the cigar bar. I'll have to put my name in the hat here for playoff tickets and take a 4 some. We shall see.

I see folks selling Tigers Den/Tiger Club passes on Craigslist - cheap. Is there a catch? If I have an inexpensive seat (which I occasionally do) and one of these passes, can I come in a enjoy a smoke?

(Not trying to scam anything, just curious.)

They aren't that tough to get. I could get handfuls if I wanted. Passes are good for group entrance not individual. Yes, trying to scam.

Security is pretty tight for the lounge so don't try to sneak in. You should be able to get tickets now that they clinched the division--especially this weekend's Baltimore series. They're practically giving cheap-seat tickets away since Baltimore Sucks (sorry) and the Tigers have won the AL Central. Just don't try this when Verlander pitches--those games always sell out!
