Well I smoke in the garage, or in our home theater room. My wife smokes with me so it is no big deal. We have the Garage set up into a nice little living space for comfort. The next morning no smell no issue.

I get the harassment from my wife as well. Always telling me no nookie if I had a cigar. Still, 80% of the time I win and all is good. :nono:

In the house....not a chance. Looking to get an old travel trailer and converting it into a lounge.

Wouldn't you like to know?
With J here. If not comfortable I won't bother smoking. It is the whole experience for me. Even when it is nice out I prefer to smoke indoors. I don't smoke in the house too often but usually I will light a fire and smoke or run the lampe berger afterwards and not a big deal. If not in the house then at my local b&m or in my car. would say 80% of my cigars are smoked in climate controled enviroments

I feel very fortunate that my wife enjoys smoking cigars with me. We can "sneak" a smoke out on the back patio every once in a while after our 11 year old son has gone to bed. My son is autistic and is staunchly against any kind of smoking (sensitive sense of smell) and does not know nor would understand why we would want to smoke (he actually said today that the person who invented smoking must have been a bad man... lol). Occasionally he spends a weekend with his grandparents and we will smoke in the house. Febreze and some open windows afterwards works for us.

I enclosed our screen porch with lots of windows, installed and exhaust fan, air conditioner and natural gas radiant heater for smoking when the weather is not good. I also have a ceiling fan and ionizer ozoneator air filter to clean up the air.

Installed TV and a leather euro recliner to enjoy myself with. I don't smoke inside the house or motorhome.

A great tip for those of you who's wives won't let you smoke in the house, or need to shower/ change clothes, etc:

First, search around the house until you find one of these:

Then, break glass and reclaim contents.

Finally, light up and enjoy! :)

I can smoke inside. I have the main house, where I rarely smoke inside and a "pool house" where I smoke. I usually smoke one cigar a day after dinner. The pool house has AC and heat, cable, full kitchen, stereo, bathroom. It's basically an 800 sq foot apartment.

Well, I just dropped the lady off at the airport for her 10 day trip in Spain. Since I have the rest of the afternoon off, I just pulled up a chair, opened a window, turned on a fan, and I'm lighting up a Macanudo. Hope the smell doesn't linger too long! :hysterica

I have an office in the house (it was my grandfather's real estate office years ago that we keep the cat box in and I use that room when the weather isn't cooperating or it's too cold in the garage. I have a small TV, my computer and some old file server fans put together in a frame that I stick in the window. It does a pretty good job of keeping it out of the rest of the house. It's a bit chilly in the winter because we usually keep the heat shut off in that room but we'll see what happens this winter.

Yes, I also build model cars in this room, hence the paint you see in the background. :)
