This Cohiba Sig VI (150x52) was gifted to me. Sadly for once I don't know who it was from. I'm guessing it is around 2 years old.

First impressions:
Uncut this cigar looks and feels good all around. Firmly rolled yet light in the hand. (To me a good indicator of a CC) A near perfect wrapper with a perfect triple cap. My Only concerns are it measures 3 mm under the correct size, 147 instead of the 150 (The guage is however correct at 52.) The band was applied uneven which sometimes is the case with many fakes. Other then that the bunching looks great (Entubado) and the over all firmness is near perfect from head to foot.
1st inch:
Cutting the head with my Palio I'm greeted with a absolute perfect draw. Just right with that little bit of resistance. Taking a cold draw I'm greeted with that familiar light tobacco CC taste and imo what I like to call a gingerbread sweetness. Upon lighting (table top torch lighter) the first few draws give off plenty of smoke but not much flavor. Light tobacco and mild spice are present.
1st 3rd:
This Siglo VI is stating to silence any of my thoughts of being fake. (or at least non cuban) That familiar ambient aroma is present that I often get with CCs. Also a very nice cinnamon spice has developed along with some sort of sweetness in the retrohale. So far the cigar is med bodied and very enjoyable.
2nd:
Coming into the 2nd 3rd I'm now getting billowing amounts of smoke upon every draw. Still taking a effortless draw every other min or so, I've had to relight this cigar just once. (Due to taking to long of a break in drawing) Not much change over all. Still sweet (ginger bread), still somewhat exotic spice (cinnamon) and great clean CC tobacco flavor. Medium bodied at most with the over all strength medium as well. Ash is blackish/grey and falling every inch into the ashtray. Back half of the 2nd is developing into a heavier cigar, possibly even showing some youthfull age to it. Leather is settling on my palate and the finish is now lasting long into every draw.
3rd:
Coming into the final 3rd this cigar is still producing huge amounts of smoke on every draw. The ambient aroma of the cigar has changed to a heavier scentalso. Fuller in body and strength it has built the whole cigar. Some more youthful ness is showing with that slightly younger hay like note on younger cohibas. Still showing cinnamon spice, (all over my palate) leather and gingerbread sweetness. Also the the smoke is slightly dryer then somewhat earlier in the cigar. Final inch and a half or so of this SigloVI has transitioned once again. Giving off leather, earth and a dark roasted coffee. The cinnamon spice is all but gone along with the sweetness. Dryness on the palate has picked up even more. The cigar ended at 320 pm

Final thoughts:
This Cohiba Siglo VI had given me some doubts until I lit it up. With a great draw, pleasant flavors and transitioning thru out the whole burn I was pleasantly surprised. Beginning with notes of cinnamon spice, gingerbread sweetness and over quality aged tobacco. Then slowly developing from a lighter bodied cigar into a more fuller one as well as in strength. Ending with notes of hay, leather and dark roasted coffee. It gave out a ton of smoke and only had to be relit once after a long wait. I truly enjoyed this cigar and the lasting finish it gave the longer it burned. Although slightly young in vintage (guessing) I would buy a box of these in the future for long term aging if the price was right.
