What's the word on this unit? Anybody have one? Can get one for $350.00. Is it worth it???? Win& Home Prem, 4Gig with 320 Hard drive.

No major computing. E-mail, Skype type things. Mainly for travel and "in Car" for the wife.

Would be fine then. I purchased 2 cheap netbooks for my wife, and one for the daughter, and have had no issues with them. I think I paid $250 each, but they do not have a dvd drive in them.

My experiences with netbooks has been terrible, I would never consider one again. Next time it will be tablet or entry level laptop. The speed and computing power of the netbook I had was a notch above an abacus but not by much.

Netbooks are fine I have a few in my house, just know they are limited, upgrading to a better os like linux will assist that. More memory if available is the best possible upgrade.

Max the ram on a netbook and they work quite nice. My youngest plays world of warcraft on his w/ no issue.
