I've noticed that the listings for johnny o cigars recently have had the term "factory" beside some of the bundles. Anyone know anything about that?

I haven't asked Mr. O about these, but my guess is that either they are straight off the rolling table in a factory, or that they are rolled on the side by regular factory workers, as opposed to the "world famous" roller(s) he gets cigars from sometimes.

I thought about the factory roller thing but I figured there were his "world famous" rollers and then the rest were rolled by others. If these were rolled at one of the factories, I'd be interested to know what line they were rolled for(as in this factory bundle are Monte or parti or LGC)

Guys, read my post above. I asked John about this myself several months ago. All else is speculation.

This. The factory is usually La Corona. This is opposed to "farm rolls," which are bought from the vegueros in Pinar del Rio.
Does anyone know if any of the "factory" cigars directly correspond to a particular line? For example, his torpedos that are listed as factory. Would I be able to assume those are a particular blend/line of cigar that is sold? I would be nice to be able to look at the "factory" cigars he has for sale and know that the bundle of factory torpedos he is selling are really just unlabeled Monte #2's or something like that.

As far as I know, custom rolls do not work the same way as standard production cigars. That is, there is not a set blend. Torcedores roll with whatever tobacco is available to them. Even if the roller had the same tobacco that goes into, say, a Monte 2, the blends are (at least in theory) top secret and they wouldn't know how to exactly replicate the blend.

If you come across a more experienced roller he may take requests on the blend (e.g. "mild and creamy" or "strong and spicy"), but rollers can only work with the tobacco available. IMO, the reason why there are so many mixed reviews on custom rolls it that the quality of the tobacco available to the rollers varies so much.
