I was really happy to see Dan and his family back in their house, today. Great stuff! A very difficult journey for them, but finally paid off...
I just had to snap a quick phone pic of their new front doormat... very, VERY fitting, indeed!!!

Did everyone get the Wizard of Oz joke with the door mat? Laughed my ass off when I saw it in Lowes. Anyway, update...
Will be in and out for a while. Guy came to hook up the internet today. Got out of the truck, looked at the power lines down the alley and said "I bet you don't have service." Yep. Line only goes half way down the alley and isn't active. Called the cable company and it'll be the end of next week at the soonest before they'll have the lines finished. Frustrating to say the least. So if you need to reach me and you have my number, feel free. If you need to reach me and don't message Frank and he can pick up the tin can and give me a rattle.
