2009 Tatuaje La Verite

Pete just announced the blend of the 2009 La Verite that will be aging before its' eventual release.

(just so there is no confusion with the 2008 La Verite which is soon to be released; this thread is about the 2009 version which Pete just finished blending and won't be out until next year I believe...)

La Verite:
50%Habano
35%Criollo 98
15%Pelo de Oro

L'esprit de Verite:
55%Habano
35%Criollo 98
10%Pelo de Oro


I can't wait to smoke these!

I take this question back... I know the plan is that everything comes from 1 farm/field, but I'm just trying to picture if you have sectioned out areas within one field for the different tobacco or if you have a few different fields all close to each other with the different tobacco?

I love the concept and am looking forward to the releases.

Pete responded saying everything is all from 1 farm. I thought so but just wanted to confirm.

That should be right. Pete was blending them this week, and they will need to sit in the master cabs for a year before they're released.
