Should be able to get a hi-res scan at any local office supply store / printing outlet. Then you eliminate any glare & variance from paper curling or shooting angle and it goes right to .pdf

I am guessing someone brought it in because they were tired of hearing the Cuban buzz. The shops are getting bombarded with people around here that think the embargo was lifted and they get to buy Cubans.
