Another illustration of the bitch and the nice guy. Sorry it had to happen to you. Yes, her statement is "evidence" but so is your recounting everything she said, from when she agreed to pay for your car to be fixed.
Hey Smurf. I'm not a lawyer, but I do have a suggestion. You say that there were a couple of months between the initial contact (fender bender) and the incident that caused the arrest. I've had experience with insurance claims personnel who could tell when damage to a car occurred with in a week or so. Maybe that would confirm your side and discount hers (if she's saying that you kicked her door in more recently). Just a thought. But the expertise is out there.

Yeah, plus an auto collision even if at slow speeds would certainly cause different damage than a kick. Dudue you could end up getting this chick charged with Perjury, filing a false police report. Dude, send this Bitch to jail.
According to the cops and my lawyer, her saying she saw me counts as evidance and is all they needed to come and arrest me, and start the process.
So since there is no proof of anything, its he said / she said. And becuase i never filed the original incident, some would say I had motive to be angry...
That's insane. Did you ever report the incident to your insurance? If you did it might help you show her motive to do this to you. Hope all works out well for you.
