Anyone Addicted To Energy Drinks?

The only time in the past 3 years I had an energy drink was while I was driving from PA back to Florida. My cousin's father(not uncle) had us take some screwed up route through GA and added about 4-5 hours driving time. I downed 2-3 energy drinks and caffeine pills the last few hundred miles. Driving 1200 miles or so is not easy just stopping for fuel/food. When I finally got home I crashed HARD.

I drank a sugar free Red Bull once at a golf tournament when a sweet young thang rolled up in a Red Bull golf cart. Cost me six strokes. Never again.

I quit drinking them. Now I drink yerba mate tea if I need a pick-me-up. I also got some green tea in small cans off amazon.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yerba_mate it doesn't have caffeine but something chemically similar to caffeine with less down side (like you don't crash when it wears out, and you don't get jittery)

Its actually closer to 32 oz Not that I know or anything, cause Im not supposed to drink those anymore!!!

if i drink enough "bomb" type drinks, i get sober. so its self defeating
