Anyone travel by Amtrak / train?

I take the train to San Luis Obispo from Chatsworth all the time to visit a buddy of mine. I take my laptop and a Netflix movie and I am set. Have a couple of cocktails and I am ready to party when I get there. It is great! I highly recommend the upgrade to at least business class.

I have also taken the train to San Diego for the Holiday Bowl to watch my Longhorns. What a party!!! I was sh*tface, when I got off the train in S.D.

The train is by far the most civilized way to travel. Excellent on time performance, clean, alot of space and the side to side rocking motion makes me sleep like a baby.......PLUS upgrades are often reletively inexpensive (much larger seats that recline much further w/ footrests

I'm pretty psyched about trying it out!
