Anyone use a night guard for teeth grinding

MT I've had one since 01 and I can't really stand to wear it. The military custom fitted me one that clicks when I put it in to prevent me from spitting it out at night. But i'd do like everyone else and try a regular mouth guard to see how it feels then if you see the need for a custom made one go that route.

imo it's worth every penny to get it done right by your dentist. i recently got one and am very happy i did. i was grinding pretty bad at night and its helped out a lot. they are specifically molded to your mouth/teeth and kind of snap right in!
